"This book is a conflation of an old Somali fable and an adaptation of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" by Aesop. The tale is about a boy goat herder who repeatedly fools villagers into thinking a hyena is attacking his herd. When an actual hyena appears and the boy calls for help, the villagers believe that it is another false alarm, and the goats are eaten by the hyena." --
