The Misconceptions of Mum: A Book About Bipolar, My Mum and a Little Bit of Our Story A Book About Life With Mental Health, My Mum, and How My Surroundings Moulded Me as a Person
A book about life with mental health, my mum, and how my surroundings moulded me as a person. This book briefly talks about the topic of mental health and in particular Bipolar Disorder. My mother suffered with anxiety and bipolar disorder and so this book talks a little bit about some of our experiences we had as a family from my point of view of a son whose mother was unwell during my life. I have studied mental health and always want to know more and this book gives a brief insight into just one story of caring for someone who has a metal health issue. The book brushes upon a few topics relevant to mental health and what has helped me and what may help others.
