Wrenly, or Wren for short, just wants to get her doctorate in medical science. She never thought that when tutoring a new person for her scholarship requirements she would get roped into the mafia underworld of The City or that she would fall for the head of one of the families. Alessandro was content to go between running his family's pharmaceutical company, taking care of his brothers, and controlling a mafia empire. He never thought that his brother's tutor would force her way into his life so quickly or that he would find himself falling for her. After the asteroid shower that hit Earth, the biology of people and the environment was forever changed. Generations later people now exist every day with elemental powers, civilizations that exist on floating rocks, and mafias that help keep the peace. The Saints and the Sinners hold major control over The City, but when an outside influence begins to cause trouble, are they going to be able to stop it?
