Lisa Lopes
As the "L" in the popular music group TLC, Lisa "Left-Eye" Lopes made music history when the Grammy Award-winning trio became the first of all female hip hop artists to make it to the top of the charts beginning in the early 1990s. However, the 30-year-old performer's life was cut short in a vehicular accident in Central America. This biography takes a look at Lopes's short yet influential life. 8-page photo insert.
