Ghosts Anonymous: Things to Do When You're Dead
Mild-mannered ex-librarian Richard Ingelby is surprised to discover that dying isn’t the dead end he thought it would be. But it turns out that being dead has as many potential pitfalls as being alive, and the After World is far from the paradise it is made out to be.
In an echo of the imperfect world he left behind, Richard discovers the system just doesn’t work for the average ghost, and the powers that be simply don’t understand the common spectre.
On the other hand, he can eat as much as he likes without putting on weight, manifest as his favourite movie characters and gets to fulfil his dream of performing in a Wembley rock concert.
But time in the After World, as well as being stretchy, is limited. If he doesn’t succeed in his quest before his bell tolls, he’ll fade away to nothingness…
There’s plenty to do when you’re dead!
