Icarus
Icarus survived the fall and neither his bruised body nor the dead weight of wings stuck to his back are going to stop him from getting back to his father. Unfortunately, he winds up whisked all the way to Libya and into a completely different bout of family drama involving two brothers and a case of human sacrifice. Meanwhile, Minos, the king Icarus and his father escaped from, is hot on finding Daedalus, who is torn between mourning and denial, refusing to give up searching for his son. Both Icarus and Daedalus are lost, their situations worsening as they get closer to finding each other. Everything started ten years before, but it is now when they realize that actions have consequences. Daedalus’ inventions, Icarus’ fall, Minos’ pride. None are exempt from what occurs. And as reality catches up with them, things become clear. Fathers make mistakes, and it is the children that pay the price.
