The White Rose
The White Rose is a novel of historical fiction that takes the reader into the depths of World War II to discover unsung heroes and events that changed the outcome of the greatest conflict of modern time. The story connects the actions of a few entirely different people, in separate corners of the world, to the same purpose; opposition to the war machine of the German axis powers in Europe. Told on the massive stage of global confrontation, the fictional characters play a part in lost battles, selfless actions, and hopeless struggles to salvage the goodness of mankind from the crucible of war. The separate lives intermingle in the course of events as chance and circumstance bring the unsung heroes into perspective as they stand against a force of mankind with their weapons, however powerful or weak, and act to end that force.
