Research has shown there is a strong correlation between positive team interaction and performance. TeamMATE® provides an opportunity to evaluate individual team members in any setting. Areas of focus include conflict, cooperation, coordination, confidence, and cohesion. Each participant evaluates individual peers, the team as a whole, execution, and effectiveness of the team's function. INSTRUCTORS: Upon adoption, please contact Capsim Support at support@capsim.com or at 1.312.477.7200 to set up your course and receive a “Course ID” to provide to students to register to your unique course. STUDENTS: After your access code purchase, you will receive a unique “Course ID” from your instructor that will allow you to register and access the assessment and resources.
