This book was not written from imagination alone. It was written from memory, survival, heartbreak, healing, and love.

There were moments while writing these pages when I had to stop and breathe through the emotions all over again. Some stories were painful to revisit. Some memories still carry weight. But I realized that healing sometimes begins when we finally tell the truth about what we lived through.

My hope is that this book reminds someone that they are not alone.

Life can leave bruises that nobody sees. Families can carry silent struggles behind closed doors. And sometimes the people who smile the hardest are the ones who have survived the most. But even in broken places, strength can grow. Love can survive. Healing can begin.

To everyone who has ever had to be strong before they were ready… To everyone who carried responsibilities too heavy for their age… To everyone still learning how to heal while living…
