Cursed Fates (Dark Shifter Academy)

Everyone is back at the Dome, but they are far from safe. Lord Dracul puts Julian and Caesar on house arrest, convinced Caesar intends to reclaim his position as director in a hostile takeover and that Julian is still allied with Hadrian. Interrogations ensue, and no matter how hard Caesar and Julian argue, they can’t get through to the general. They’re running out of time. How will they protect the Dome if they’re trapped in a heavily guarded room? Shea has been exonerated for rescuing Arya and Tobias, but she refuses to leave her two mates imprisoned. She needs to get them out, but how? There are guards everywhere, and this time they’re not vampires that she would happily kill. She needs to come up with a plan, not just to save them, but possibly to end this entire war for good. With Arya having escaped and Hadrian having no use for her anymore, she knows an attack is imminent. Will she be enough to save those she loves? Will Lord Dracul destroy the Dome before Hadrian gets the chance? Will she survive to see her brother again, and will he even want to see her if she does? She never asked to be anyone’s savior, but when the vampire’s arrive, she’s forced to make a sacrifice she never intended.
