Hands on the Gate: A Novella (Fire of God)
Roland Yates was a WWII fighter pilot hellbent on making a name for himself. After the fateful love affair and events of Book I Fire of God, Roland leaves the war and finds himself taken in at a mysterious orchard in the Italian countryside. In this fruitful haven he finds a new life untouched by the ravages of war. He finds things as they should have been.
But he still carries the wounds of war and lost love. He is yet vulnerable to the hooks of the world and though his intentions are honorable, he finds himself facing a difficult decision which could lose his place in the orchard forever.
Hands on the Gate is an emotional short novel which fearlessly grapples the twists and pains of the human heart.
