Crazy Arrangement

Tia Johnson is an intelligent woman that wanted more out of life and after accomplishing the goal, her husband called it quits. She moved on with a broken heart and a business degree. With what she learns, Tia builds a small wedding planning business with a vow never to love again.

Michael Shen is the CEO of Shen Corporation with a decent life until his brother told him he was getting married and asks him to be his best man.

After discussing what this wedding entails for his future as CEO with his mother regarding Michael's father's will, it was disheartening.

This wedding might cost him his position in his family's company and unless he finds someone before his brother's wedding; he can kiss his CEO status goodbye.

A wedding will bring them together and a business proposition will cement their relationship but will they discover love as old as time or forever regret signing on the dotted line?

Tia thought with sudden fear as the word fiance left an unpleasant shiver down her spine. "I'm sorry, but I don't date my clients. It's bad for business, Michael, " She explained with a small smile on her face as his eyebrow rose with a challenge. "That's true, but technically you're working for my brother and his fiancée, not me," He subtly corrected again with a grin. Touché, Mr. Shen, Tia thought. "Now, why would I consider being your fiance?" She asked with air quotes from her fingers that had him chuckling. "It's all in a matter of business, Ms. Johnson." He returned the quotes with an attractive smile.Gosh, He could easily be a model with that open expression on his face, Tia thought as she began to feel a bit snug in her outfit, which wasn't affected by his stare. "Oh?""Yes, I would like for you to be my fiance for the remainder of my brother's wedding,""Wait a moment; you want me to be your fiance while I'm working on your brother's wedding!?" she hissed quietly at his sudden request."Yes, is there an echo in here?""Sorry, I'm not for sale or rent," Tia said while calling for the waiter and asked for a doggy bag since the generous Michael Shen has offered to pay."I'll pay 10,000 dollars for your cooperation." He calmly offered while the waiter was gone. Does he think I am a hooker!? She thought with outrage. She looked at him with hurt and surprise, "I'm sorry, but you're wasting your time." Tia quietly rose from her chair with the intent of leavingThis was a clear waste of time! Tia thought while berating for letting down her guard for another handsome face. "I'm sorry if I insulted you." He apologized while gently grabbing her hand to stop her departure."I'm sorry, but I'm just not interested." She swiftly took back her hand and turned to leave after the waiter delivered the bag."I'm not talking about marriage. Would you hear me out for 4 minutes, please?" He chuckled, which infuriated her but tamped it down so that this contract can remain intact. Whether I like him or not, he's still attached to my clients. She groaned at the injustice of this situation. "I'm listening," Tia said as she turned back around with a lifted eyebrow and silently sat back down. "Why don't we try it out?""Pretending to date?" She asked cautiously with evident doubt. "Exactly dating; what's the harm?" Michael gave a little shrug.
