They label their differences, like introversion, as negative character traits. What I tell them is to ‘accept and love what they have, so that they free themselves to wield it as their superpower’. Life is not a journey of perfection, it’s a journey of self-discovery and growth. Accept your struggles, enjoy your strengths, and grow them intentionally! It’s time for us to go beyond merely co-existing so we can actually collaborate and embrace opportunities to thrive. We do this by modeling intimate collaboration where we dare to be vulnerable, encourage one another to step into a collective growth zone, and fully enjoy the gifts we’ve been given.
