Something in the Water!

A young man returns to his hometown to check on his grandmother, when everything became terrifying. He headed his way to his grandma's house when everybody started to change. They became aggressive. His family, friends and neighbors started killing people. He was the main target. He knew he had to escape or be eaten alive. He fought his way through town to the stateline only to find it wasn't safe either. He had to find a safe place to stay and along the way pick up any survivors.
