Lights Out
Alice Dodds is a first-time author in her 90s. This novel is about the influence of the Mafia on the life of a very fine man. The story is told from Frederick Barnes' boyhood through his struggle with the Mafia. It shows different levels of the Mafia's attempts to destroy American society as we know it. A gripping story of courage in the face of terrifying corruption, this book will make you think about what is going on in the world that you may not have been aware of. It may perhaps even help you save your country.
