His whole life his loving parents have always told their little prince how perfect he is, even when he was being quite imperfect. However, when he goes off to school he finds that the other children are very imperfect compared to himself and he wastes no time in pointing out their imperfections. Until the prince's own imperfections come out in front of the whole class and he realizes that he is just as normal as all the other children.
