Tares the Slayer

Tares, a shapeshifter, finds himself back under the heel of a tyrant whose vampire family he has served for centuries. In his effort to keep his human fiancée safe - which temporarily takes priority over Tares' desire to finally die - help comes from an unexpected corner in the form of Anthony, a vet who sympathises with the struggles of so-called lower beings. The unlikely pair embarks on a rescue mission for the tyrant's grandson. Keeping up with the plotting, backstabbing, inbred upper class of vampire their hopeless romantic endeavours become the least of their concerns.
