I wanted to love this, I didn’t hate it. I liked it actually. The reincarnation aspect was heavily promoted and that’s what caught my interest. I didn’t care much for the adults in this book. Kate’s son Jack was the one who was way more interesting than any of them. Jack starts claiming he’s the reincarnate of Kate’s younger sisters son, who died years prior before Jack was born. Laying out odd and horrible details of Zack’s death. Kate wants to figure out why… what she gets is dark secrets that her family members are hiding. But this book left a lot of unanswered questions. Was i left disappointed.. yes. Was the story also very good.. yes because I want more.
