Who Protects Me
Tia is devastated by the death of her father, her hero, her first love, and the family rock is gone. Tia's mother turns to drugs after falling for a crackhead, and now the family savings is gone. Tia knows nothing but pain. The pain that Tia feels makes her cruel and reckless. Tia is forced to take care of her sister and herself. Tia is filled with hurt, and resentment until she meets a guy from cross town. Wayne turns Tia's world around when she meets him. Wayne is nothing like the guys she has had in the past. Wayne's family welcomes Tia and show her the love she has been missing all these years. After having two kids for her dream man, he begins to show his true colors. Tia tries hard to make it work, because after all Wayne has done more for her than any other man she's ever been with. It isn't long before Tia turns back to her shady ways. This book is full of drama, and a lesson we all must learn. Instead of getting even sometimes it's best to just walk away.
