I met the woman of my dreams without realizing I was looking for her. She made me nervous in a good way, something I haven't experienced since college. Things started out well, then inexplicably, Marcy pulled away. So much so that she's even refusing my help now that we are snowed in together in her apartment during a blizzard. I know I'll need to navigate through Marcy's hot and cold feelings toward me to get her to understand our instalove really can turn into meant to be. I just need her to give me a chance.

I never asked for much in a boyfriend. Cute. Smart. Kind. Alec checks all the boxes. He also checks a box that, for me, is a complete nonstarter: Sports. Seems innocuous to most people, but most people have never been abandoned on the side of the road by a guy choosing a game over them. After that, I vowed to never date-let alone fall in love with-another sports fanatic. But with the way Alec looks at me? I don't know how to find the right words to tell him I know he will only break my heart. We can't possibly have a future together. So why does he keep coming back? And why do I want him to never leave?
