Silver Sojourn: A Journey of Discovery (Silver Series)

What will Silver do, now he is free?

Silver has escaped his dolphin shape with the assistance of his human friends and is currently presenting himself as a human. He is now eager to return to his home planet to see his own family and friends and asks Allison to accompany him. This creates a great deal of friction with her boyfriend Rob, who doesn’t want her to be gone so long and is worried about her safety on a long trip to Sirius star system.

There is something special, however, Silver still wants to do. He has studied the Dogon people in the African country of Mali, who have made his people’s long ago visit into a religion. How might he be treated as claiming to be an ancient spirit guide, a “Nommo” as the Dogons call them? Rob gives his blessing to Allison going on this trip, which will only last a few days.

When they arrive at the small village Silver has chosen for their visit, a welcoming crowd meets them, and their trip looks like it will be a pleasant experience altogether. This will depend on how they are received by the village spiritual leader as the second coming of the Nommo.

Will Silver's ship be recognized as it has been remembered in paintings and sculptures for hundreds of years? And if so, what will their reception be like?
