Brie Larson

"Brie Larson was working as an actor before she turned ten. She appeared on TV shows and in movies. She also went a long time without work, struggling to pay bills and even eat. Homeschooled by a single mother, Brie knew she wanted to be an actor. She wasn't sure she wanted the kind of fame that comes from playing a superhero. Yet she knew starring as Captain Marvel would help young women realize how strong they are and how many things are truly possible. Taking the job changed her life. It would also inspire the many millions of people who have watched the movie around the world"--
