Caught Up

I am Jason Benn, a laid-back guy whose mind runs wild at times. I'm an avid writer with a strong predisposition to build fictional worlds for my audiences and characters alike creatively. I discovered my writing passion after the Covid-19 pandemic hit the World and I was firmly convinced this was the opportune moment to put my thoughts on paper. In my newfound authorship journey, I have a special place for young adults who love reading all kinds of fiction, and consequently, these readers have won a soft spot in my creative journey. In a blossoming writing journey that spans one year, I have released my debut book, Caught Up, a fictional young adult genre. The book is an anthology of four different short stories that thematically converge at the power of resilience, not letting go, being caught up in situations but sticking around and exploring sexual desires, perfectly making it a young adult genre read. The stories are artistically woven together through relatable characters that reflect the day-to-day life of my readers. Caught Up is a debut book paving the way for several other collections on the way. Currently, I live in Manhattan, New York City. When I'm not brainstorming for the next big read on your bookshelves, you will find me relaxing, spending time with family, trying different dishes, or watching movies, especially the thrillers that I have an undying love for. I also love traveling, and I have visited fascinating destinations in Germany, Spain, Iraq, Kuwait, Thailand, and Egypt is my next destination. I do some photography to capture the moments and the breathtaking scenes for each visit.
