Forbidden Desires

Growing up in rural Orange Grove, Georgia, seventeen-year-old Daisy May has almost everything she could want: a mom who loves her with her whole heart, a dad who models the importance of hard work, and a grandpa who teaches her everything he knows about farming and caring for animals. The only thing missing from her life is true love, the same kind of love her mom and dad have shared for many years.

Then she meets Billy, a classmate who's shy, quirky, and awkward—and just her type. They bond quickly, and that friendship soon blossoms into a romance. But when new information about the past comes to light, they wonder if seeing each other is too risky. To make matters worse, the man her mom helped put in jail is now plotting to take revenge on their family. Can Daisy and Billy save their future together before the secrets and lies of the past tear them apart?
