Checkmate

"Checkmate, the UN-sanctioned global security force, is looking for some new members. Stitched together and given incredible powers, a fallen soldier is turned into the ultimate weapon: Chimera. With all the memories of his old life erased, Chimera is an empty shell of a man, with an uncontrollable rage. When mythical beasts start emerging all over the globe, Checkmate sees a perfect situation to test their newest operative. But, conflicted mission leader General August in Iron is finding it difficult to follow orders during this crisis. Can he stay loyal to both Checkmate and his homeland at the same time."--Cover.
