Sidney Murphy is trying to make her last summer vacation count before moving across the country from New York to LA; the only thing she didn't count on was falling in love. Ready to use this family vacation as a chance to step out of her comfort zone, Sidney surprises herself-and her family-when she starts spending more and more time with the new tattooed lifeguard.

Zach Moretti thinks he finally has his life under control, making some extra cash before leaving for culinary school in New York. Then he meets a girl that has him throwing all his plans out the window. It turns out that taking a last-minute lifeguard position this summer might have been the best thing that happened to him.

Summer days turn into summer nights, and the more Sidney learns about Zach, the more she realizes how much trouble she is in.
