Hans Sanchez, despite the fact he's sensitive, often teased, and an orphan, leads a pretty accurate life. Though, one day, when his grandmother is brought to the hospital, due to a sudden sickness, he learns a family secret. That said, the next day she disappears. Hans decides to run away, knowing the fact that she was kidnapped. Along the way, he meets Serenity Reynolds, a short hotheaded girl who seems to know everything about him. Slowly, Hans is dragged to the truth about the secret, Serenity, and why his grandmother was kidnapped.
