Wait for me (The Montgomery Brothers)

Former NFL superstar Lucas Montgomery is hiding from the world, trying to come to terms with the fact that his career is over. For now, he’s perfectly happy staying away from everyone as he figures out who he is if he doesn’t have football. But his time alone is about to come to a sudden end when the last person he expected comes barging into his life.

Emma Taylor needs a break from everything: her job, her life, and her crush on her boss’s son…especially since he has no idea she even exists. So when her boss offers her a weekend getaway as a thank you for helping on a difficult business deal, Emma jumps on the opportunity. The timing for a break isn’t ideal, but how can she turn down a free spa weekend?

Lucas never expected Emma to come crashing into his world and bring back some life to his solitary existence. But all it takes is one snowy weekend for his carefully constructed world to be turned completely upside down.
