Skin Prick

this is a collection. of all my thoughts and feelings. this is the raw emotion of a teenage girl experiencing the first bitter sweet taste of adulthood. heartbreak. love. happiness. sadness. i wrote this not just for others to read, but a coping and happiness mechanism when i was in dark and happy emotional highs and lows. this is a collection of my deepest fears, deepest truths and deepest emotions. these small yet oddly powerful words scribbled on a plain white page gave me hope and comfort when i seeked it most. these pages shaped experiences and me as a growing adolescent and will continue to help me grow, change, learn and love for the rest of my life. -skin prick
