That Your Joy May Be Full: The King Is Coming (Faith Ignitor)

John 16:23-24 The Message (MSG) 23-24 “This is what I want you to do: Ask the Father for whatever is in keeping with the things I’ve revealed to you. Ask in my name, according to my will, and he’ll most certainly give it to you. Your joy will be a river overflowing its banks! The revelation Peter received concerning Who Jesus was, was a “Rhema Word of Knowledge” given to him by the Father in heaven. It was something spiritual, something supernatural. It was not the work of man or something conjured up in the heart and soul of Peter. It was the work of the Holy Spirit illuminating and bringing to life the “Logos of God,” the Word made flesh, the Son of the Living God. The Rhema is precisely what Jesus was talking about when He spoke these words to His disciples. This revelation can only come out of a right relationship with the Father through the Son by the ministration of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is calling us into a more intimate relationship with Him, and the Father, and the Spirit. It is the will of God that we know His heart. It is the will of the Father to reveal Himself to us in a more powerful, prophetic, and purposeful way. It is the will of the Father in Heaven that we come to know His voice, in a Father/son, Father/daughter, relationship. It is the will of the Father to show us great and marvelous things. It is the will of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, that we live and move and have our being in His presence. It is the will of the Father that we ask of Him, in Jesus name, those things which He has revealed to us in the Word of God by His Spirit, that we may receive and that our joy may be full!!! This IS the WILL of GOD!!!
