Jake

Johnny Spicer, H. P. Oliver's renowned private eye comes to us from another place and time-Tinsel Town in the 1930s and '40s, when Hollywood was in its heyday and so was crime. When World War Two came along, though, a lot changed, including Spicer's job. Uncle Sam put Spicer's unique talents to work on the Home Front, hunting spies and preventing espionage in southern California's defense industries.JAKE is the third novel in Johnny Spicer's WWII trilogy. JAKE is also a mystery/thriller in the pulp fiction tradition that puts you at the center of the action as Spicer pursues TJojo's most venomous and lethal agents.
