After the death of her mother from a drug deal gone wrong, Alani has to grow up in a world where she has to learn who and who not to trust. Things become scary when she is threatened by the notorious gang leader Austin. When one of the gang members Joey, goes to war with Austin and takes Alani in from her aunt, his attempt to protect Alani and build a better life for her becomes difficult. When she meet her first love and she reveal the truth about Austin's threat, someone in her circle becomes vengeful against her. Once the war is over who is left standing for her for her trust?
