Fact: Nicole and her sixteen-year old daughter, Julie, are involved in a car wreck. Fact: Nicole died at the scene and Julie is in a medically-induced coma. Fact: Nicole is not dead. A car wreck instantly kills Nicole and her sixteen-year daughter, Julie, sustains life-threatening injuries. But Nicole's not dead. Risking her eternal soul, she makes a supernatural deal to save her daughter's life. Nicole must find a mysterious object called the "essence." Given only one clue, Nicole's quest takes her to a place one step beyond our world where colors are objects you can touch and hate is more than a feeling. It is a living thing.
