My Darkness Locked Within

From seeing through the eyes of a young childas looking glass To diving deep down into a dark, locked place where everyone is forbidden The anger, the hurt and the love, all strong emotions, some to be buried and some unleashed The struggles and heartache, small triumphs and despair A look into a different place, a place that took one woman somewhere besides hidden within herself Overcoming venomous obstacles that block every turn Only if someone could see her darkness locked within.
