Poetic Exorcisms
What is it about the written word that inspires magic?Words read on pages, digital or physical, have the powerto take us to another place outside of our own reality. To me, poetry is the ultimate form of (worded) expression. It is so personal, yet it can be interpreted in a multitude of waysby every individual that reads it.Poetry is an exorcism of the highest order. It restores balance, weaving a tapestry of infinite creation between heart mind and soul.Poetry is an escape from the "normalcy" of everyday life.
