Outlaw Ridge: Nico (Hard Justice: Outlaw Ridge)

Callie Brandon and bad boy Nico Salvetti were the “it” couple in their small hometown of Outlaw Ridge, Texas, and the intense heat between them has never cooled down. But now, more than a decade later, Callie is a deputy and sees Nico through a different lens—one tainted by suspicion and betrayal. When Callie arrests Nico, convinced he’s had a part in a murder, she unwittingly plunges herself into a dangerous game.

Nico is not the villain Callie believes him to be. He’s an undercover FBI agent, posing as a killer for hire who’s after a man in witness protection. A man that Nico is actually trying to keep alive. But with The Fixer—a ruthless shadowy figure—working in the background to make sure no one gets in Nico’s way, Callie is now a target. Struggling to keep his cover intact while protecting Callie, Nico faces a dilemma: reveal the truth and risk the witness’ life, or keep his secrets and watch the danger spiral out of control.
