The Dragon King -A Kingdom of My Own Book 4 After defeating the giants with the help of the dragons, Ash and John's lives have changed. Since John's father became sick, John has been busy undertaking his duties as the regent. Meanwhile, Ash has received permission from the dragon council to visit the dragon kingdom. Although Ash tries to be happy as a human, he cannot help but miss being a dragon. He wants to fly up in the air like he used to do. One day, after receiving an urgent message from the Dragon Council, Ash heads to the Dragon Kingdom. The Dragon Council announces its intention to make Ash a council member there. Although Ash is doubtful of his abilities at first, he uses the knowledge he gained in the human kingdom to make impressive changes in the dragon kingdom. His strategies make the lives of the dragons much easier and enjoyable. Before long, Ash is appointed as the Chief Elder of the Dragon Council because of his outstanding contributions to the kingdom. This is when Ash starts to wonder if there is a way for him to become a dragon again. He goes to the Dragon Priest for a solution. The Dragon Priest informs Ash about a powerful Dragon Priestess named Ramoth who can lift the curse cast on Ash. With hope, Ash journeys to the purple mountain range where Ramoth lives.
