Diverged
Diverged is a novel about four lifelong friends who share an unlikely number of similarities, which bind them beyond typical friendships. These four men, who are now in their mid-sixties, have spent virtually their entire lives within the geographic confines of Staten Island and the New York City metropolitan area. On an otherwise uneventful day, one of these men decides that it is time for a change. He meets with his friends to suggest that they take a road trip to Key West. The ensuing decision to go, or not to go, will have lasting implications for all four. This novel explores how ordinary decisions can yield extraordinary results.
