Raw Slaughter
A slow moving journey to the center of the wounded Black male psyche, Raw Slaughter is a response to the unceremonious homicides of Black Men at the hands of various systems. It explores the many ways in which Black men die in this country. It examines themes of police brutality, addiction, mental health, sexuality and fatherlessness. It is an incisive treatise that revisits an age old dilemma namely that of how much our country values and devalues the lives of Black men.
