This is my 8th book in the series The Man from Tumbling Creek. This is my journey to find happiness. I hope my writings will resonate with you and your life’s journey, as we travel through the sad times of war and lost loves, and the precious memories of the good times as I reminisce of the wonderful life growing up around Tumbling Creek. I am so thankful for my country roots, a paradise for a young boy growing up. I share some of these stories in each of my books.
The Fork in The Road…
I came to the fork in the road, and I pondered… left or right… I turned right and followed that road for a long time, and all was good... When all of a sudden, I came to another fork in the road... And I pondered left or right...
I turned left and the road was rough... the further I went, it narrowed... there seemed to be no place to turn around... There were things slapping me in the face the further I traveled... everything along the way was rough and hard...
I saw someone up ahead and I stopped for directions and advice…
