Something Happened follows Jayson Perez and his dysfunctional and secretive family on a family get-together camping trip. But as soon as everyone arrives, things feel off. Like something or someone is watching them. Soon the family is fighting for their lives.. will anyone survive the night. Characters: Jayson Perez David- Jayson’s friend/boyfriend.. Ale- Jayson’s best friend. Mr. Perez- Jayson’s father Mrs. Perez- Jayson’s mother Gina - one Jayson’s sister Kat/Cat- Jayson’s sister Victor- Jayson’s brother They are all dysfunctional and have their own demons to My Thoughts: I really enjoyed the story and the suspense. It kept my attention. Even though I enjoyed it. It was repetitive. The Resturaunt scene was repeated several times in flashbacks. The scenario was kind of unbelievable. The family lacked communication with each other, and but that’s part of the story. And filler content through out. Each character has a secret. Each character somewhat wants to kill one another. But that ending.. cliffhanger but no questions were answered. I finished the book only to feel unfullfilled. But yet.. I wanted to read on, so I’m hoping for a sequel.
