Flame and Warpaint

What if the goddess of war met her match?

Men would be fools to fall for Bellona. Yes, she likes a rough tumble in bed, but she's the bloodthirsty goddess of war. Who could love that? And Bellona has no intention of muting herself for some partner.

Sick of watching her people die in the conflict against her depraved twin Ares, she accepts the God-King's offer for a temporary truce. All she has to do is conquer a backwater kingdom. Her people will get peace they haven't known in centuries, plus, those extra troops might be enough to finally send her brother's ass to eternal punishment.

The problem? Tyr, a brand-new god with tattoos, a wolf companion, and a literal ax to grind.

When Bellona arrives, Tyr isn't happy. The last thing he needs is a goddess of war creating more chaos in his unstable land, torn between humans and new gods like him.

So why does her face light up every time they fight? And why does he want nothing more than to force her to the brink of pleasure?
