The Raven King

In Ivindor, 'rebellion' is a forbidden word. With the help of the Raven King, Rolan has taken the throne, and no one, including the powerful elves, are prepared to stop him. Alina is not surprised when, freshly exiled from her Clan, she comes across a smoldering city. Corrupt leaders are commonplace in these war-strewn lands. But when a young boy is murdered because of his elvish heritage, Alina is set on edge. She and her best friend, Carn, flee the scene. They enter into the world of the Wanderers, where revolt is on everyone's lips, and the prophecy of the Raven King waits to be renewed. The memory of the boy's murder drives Alina to do the one thing she dreads-set out to find the Raven King, and thus overthrow King Rolan.
