A former U.S. Navy SEAL, now CIA field officer, disappears while on vacation. The rogue operative turns up in sunny California with enough Uranium 235 to construct two atomic weapons. With the aid of a small, highly specialized assault group the terrorists charge forward with stunning military precision in an effort to plant the explosives at the Winter Olympics. The plan includes the theft of new high tech military stealth craft, necessary for delivery of the deadly cargo. FBI Special Agent Dale Fox is thrown into the investigation chasing a trail of dead cops and downed aircraft.
