Las Parábolas De Jesús I: Salió El Sembrador a Sembrar, Marcos Y Mateo

When Jesus talks, he knows how to make himself heard. He talks with familiarity and vivacity, using the language of simple things, clear images from a world well known to his listeners: fields, nets, plants, nests, wedding banquets, vines Alessandro Pronzato avoids two risks: oversimplification and technical complexity. Parables are given back their original flavor and color, as well as their provocative nature. He studies their basic meaning, reconstructs their history and puts them into context. He does all this without renouncing to using our imagination, in such a way that these parables become a telling text for today's world and today's men and women in their concrete circumstances.
