The gangs had become uncontrollable to the point of a national crisis, and the President once again needed Brig's help. But Brig had a surprise for the President, and a gang had a surprise for Brig. Brig and Jan must now join forces with the FBI, the Texas Rangers, a county Texas sheriff, and Brig's long-time team of warriors in order to fight a dangerous gang...and ultimately a horrible ISIS terrorist plot.
