Underworld (Mousebane & Red Mist)

Dan thought Devon would be a clean break. Just him, Amy, and the cats. Maybe some music.

Unfortunately, the past has other plans.

As his carefully constructed normality begins to crack, a small misunderstanding at their allotment sends him spiralling into a trauma-induced collapse. At the same time, Red Mist joins a new crew of vigilantes and Amy learns what happened the night she was kidnapped didn't end with Martin and George Shields. There's a debt that needs repaying. And she is the price. Elsewhere, Scratchtacular brings news of worrying signs beneath the earth-signs that point straight back to the place that Dan and Amy swore never to return. To protect the ones he loves, Dan must stop running and face the threat head on. He must enter the underworld. Underworld is Book Three in the Mousebane and Red Mist series, a cozy-leaning sci-fi mystery filled with odd humour, courageous cats, stalwart squirrels, and introverted wedding musicians pushed far out of their comfort zone.
