"We died." -exert from Darkness and LightWhat would you do for love? This is the first book in a series of short-story anthologies about sacrifices, true love and what some would do for a second chance. Redemption introduces a series of stories about the Netherdeck; a deck of cards created by a dark force that traps the souls of the pained as its characters, each with a power that can be put into to play to destroy and kill. The King of Spades, Queen of Hearts, and Court of Diamonds draw us into a world within our own.Other tales put a new twist on vampire mythology, time perception, and a modern take on Gothic horror.Romantic, suspenseful, fast-paced, confronting and, sometimes, horrific. It may be a rollercoaster of emotion, but in this world, I promise you - second chances are possible. Keep the faith.
