BOOK FOUR has a strong emphasis on food and travel which makes it ideal for someone planning a trip to a German speaking country. Use this book independently to learn over 100 words or use it as a part of the 8-part series to learn 1000 German words.

Learning can be fun when combined with puzzles, games, and science. This program uses education hacks to help the student easily and efficiently build their German vocabulary in a fun way. As part of an 8-book system, the student will be working their way towards adding 1000 words to their German word bank. Knowing key words helps the student move forward in their current German program more quickly and makes communication in a different language much easier. Each of the 100+ words are used in 5 different types of crossword puzzles increasing in difficulty as the students goes to new levels. See below for samples of the various types of puzzles used. There are 22 crossword puzzles included, with directions on how to use the program and how to design it to the needs of the individual student. Motivational tools such as games are included to entice the student to study. Tests are also included to increase learning and to track progress.

In Book Four, students will be learning over 100 German words with a heavy focus on eating and travel. Words used in this book include dozens of foods, meals, dishes and other food-related words. Additionally, numerous places one might visit are taught in Book Four, for instance: museums, playground, lake, river, waterfall, library, police station, zoo…and many more. Modes of transportation and other travel words are included as well as more general words to increase one's ability to describe and converse, such as: dangerous, certainly, near, far, return, together, weak, strong, easy, difficult, exciting, boring, and many many more.

Additionally, Books 3 and 4 are 'decorated' with the names of important German cities to help the student start to recognize these important names as a part of their cultural and geographical aspects of their German studies. Books 1 and 2 were decorated with simple pictures of key aspects of German culture. Every two books, equal to a year, quarter, or semester of German, has a new design to increase cultural knowledge passively in the background of the puzzles.

The 8-book series is designed to complement a 1-4 year German curriculum. Each book can be completed in one month or one semester. Books can also be completed over the summer, in between school years, to help retain the language in an entertaining way, giving the student an advantage when entering the new school year. Adults can use this book too as a way to prepare for a trip to a German speaking country or to brush up on a language that may have started to fade from their memory.
