Riding Out
This video provides an introduction to the work of SARDA - the South African Riding for the Disabled Association. Though it now has branches in various centres, it was started in Cape Town in 1973 and the programme focuses on the activities at the organisation's headquarters in Constantia. A number of those involved explain SARDA's aims and how it functions, remarking on what it means to the disabled, both psychologically and physically.
